This is Shivam Sahani , and in this post I m going to provide the note of SURGERY I , it is one of our subjects to be taught in PCL IN GENERAL MEDICINE  or it can be said in HEALTH ASSISTANT  in the year of 2nd. Before providing the note I would like to tell something about the note. First of all this note is given to me our my classmates by our SURGERY  teacher named Dr.Aatish Sah, and written in my own handwriting .
